  • I think it's many ways you can communicate your brand, but the store is the ultimate meeting point where you actually meet your community.

  • It's where you can talk to them, where you can actually get real answers back as well.

  • And I think, you know, what we're doing is not trying to force our brand onto people, rather make sure that people desire our brand and then we need to meet them and know what they like and know what they want.
