37 分钟Pushkin The 2020 holiday season is the strangest one I can remember.
Thanks to COVID-19,
nearly all of the festive traditions that I share with my family and friends are canceled.
The parties, the shopping trips, the dinners, they're all gone.
It really sucks,
especially since I know these social interactions are vital ingredients to my happiness.
And that's why I decided to throw a little holiday Zoom party.
Hello, happy holiday.
Happy holidays.
Partly to let me catch up with good friends from the world of psychology.
It's a holiday party, right?
But also to pick their brains for the latest scientific insights on how to have a happier holiday season.
And here was the guest list.
Dr.
Jamil Zaki from Stanford University.
Jamil, are you there?
Yes, I can hear you now.
Dr.
Liz Dunn from the University of British Columbia.
Let me try yelling at you guys.
