There are also reality TV dating shows, couples podcasts, TikTok videos,
Instagram reels, Reddit dating threads, and on and on and on.
Some of this advice is helpful.
But a lot of it isn't backed up by empirical evidence.
So in this new season of the Happiness Lab,
I wanted to explore what the science says about building happier relationships.
And what better way to begin than with a husband and wife team that not only has decades of married life experience to draw on,
but also a wealth of knowledge gained from some truly elegant scientific studies.
