单集文稿 ...

  • Hello.

  • Hello, lovely.

  • Welcome into IELTS Speaking, Part 2.

  • Describe an occasion when you wore your best clothes.

  • You should say when it was, what you wore, why you wore it, and how you felt about it.

  • So the verb is wear clothes.

  • I usually wear expensive clothes.

  • The past tense is wore.

  • I wore this, like, dress, for example.

  • Yeah, so what you wore and why you wore this piece of clothes, Rory.

  • Rory knows everything about clothes.

  • It's not obvious from looking at me, but I know about clothes.

  • He has, like, 10 different black T shirts.

  • Yes, they're all, you know, like different so.

  • And different black hoodies.

  • So, Rory, give us your story about your best clothes, not your black T shirt, hopefully.

  • Well, actually, I think all my clothes are the best, to be honest.

  • So it's hard to think of a time when I haven't worn the most appropriate or really good clothes for a situation.

  • However, one particularly memorable time was my late grandmother's birthday, which was In June, about 15 years ago, I think.

  • And this was actually a pretty formal affair since my family is rather spread out and when we get together, it's important to make the most of it.
