I'm Tim Franks and we're going to begin with the news that broke not long before we came on air.
Russia saying that Ukraine has fired long range US Supplied missiles into the country just two days after the Biden administration changed its policy to allow Ukraine to use these weapons.
They're called ATACMs, Army Tactical Missile Systems to hit targets deep inside Russia.
The Ukrainian military has said it did strike an ammunition depot in the Bryansk region, north of Ukraine.
It's about 100 kilometers inside Russia.
It hasn't said specifically what weapons it used, but the New York times website, citing US and Ukrainian officials, says that they were indeed ATACMs.
