I'm Lauren Laverne.
We've cast away thousands of people to our imaginary desert island, among them many actors.
We start this week's postcards with Michael Sheen,
who's perhaps best known for portraying real people on screen, including Tony Blair, Brian Clough and David Frost.
But it turns out he's not the only actor in the family.
When he spoke to me last September,
he told me that his dad used to have a side hustle as a Jack Nicholson impersonator.
It was around the time that the first Batman film came out, the Tim Burton one, where Jack Nicholson played the Joker.
And so there was a lot of publicity about it.
And so one day he said to me, Michael, there is a competition in the newspaper.
Are you the Joker?
Will you take some pictures of me?
So I took these photographs of him and we sent it in and he won this competition.
So he got a lookalike agent from doing this competition
and then he started working, I mean, literally all around the world.
He had the most extraordinary.
What were the highlight reel of his greatest performances as Jack?
Oh my goodness.
Well, there was the time when he was asked to go to Germany.
