But what actually triggered that discussion?
Actually, the discussion originated from an article published by a teacher in a university named Cai Yuan Di.
So according to a recent report by local news portal the paper CN, Cai Yuan Di, who is a teacher from the School of Humanities at Hangzhou City University, and he faced a situation where over 30% of his students failed the final exams in his courses, which are ancient chinese language, ancient chinese literature, and classical chinese literature studies.
So across three different courses, 30% of his students failed his exams?
