And in my community, in my neighborhood, there was.
There once was a deserted strip of land.
Now they've been turned into parks, a belt of parks.
And it seems that this is going on throughout the city, if not throughout the country.
And this is all about the pocket parks that we want to talk about today.
Well, a pocket park is a small public park that is usually less than 0.5 ha in size and occupies one to three municipality lots.
They are also known as mini parks or parklets.
