  • In the past, one would have to seek out a local repair person in a physical shop, but thanks to digital platforms offering such services, this process has become streamlined despite perceived conveniences and benefits.

  • A recent consumer survey has gathered complaints regarding home maintenance services.

  • Recently, the Social Survey center of China youth Daily and research platform Wenjuan.com conducted a survey on the household maintenance service industry that's covering 1000 respondents, and among them, more than 60% are born in the 1990s and 25% are born in the 1980s.
