The final winners of the Tiantan Awards will be announced at the event, and diverse selection of domestic and international movies will be on exhibition in cinemas across the city.

And this is a day, as we said earlier, designated by the UNESCO as to celebrate and promote the enjoyment of books and reading.
And this has been a tradition, or more like a norm since the year 1995.
Every April 23, we celebrate the day, observe the day in different cities around the world.
The date was actually chosen to honor the anniversary of the death of both William Shakespeare and Miguel der Cervantes, who both died on the day, actually 1616.
The day is celebrated in over 100 countries around the world world aiming to promote the joys and reading and value of books.
Did they both die on the same day?
Yes.
In the same year?
Probably not.
