Or it could boast picture picturesque scenery where mountains and waters meet.
Choosing a city to live in is also a choice of lifestyle communities, as the concentrated carriers connecting people and cities also witness the vibrant flow of human spirit.
Every country and region has its own liveable cities, and the standards for what makes a city livable are not uniform.
So what qualifies as a livable city?
