and I can't have coffee anymore because, well, here's why.
I refuse to drink coffee after 04:00 p.m.
now my friends and I would literally go and get coffee at 07:00 p.m.

And my sleep schedule was traumatic.
It was terrible.
So ever since I fixed my.
Honestly, again, I've talked about this before.
The one good thing that quarantine has done for me is fix my sleep schedule, which is so weird because I feel like it should have been the opposite.
But I really be going to bed at 1030, and that has never happened in my whole life.
But now I have, like, this genuine fear of fucking up my sleep schedule again.
Like, I'm genuinely terrified that I will fuck it up.
So no coffee past four, no waking up later than nine.
Those are just the rules.
And it's been working really well for me.
