  • Hello?

  • It's starting to feel like fall where I live.

  • It's starting to feel a little bit like winter where I live.

  • Like, it's starting to happen.

  • Like, over the last few weeks, I've really felt the shift.

  • Summer's over.

  • It's done.

  • Bye bye.

  • It's over, and it's starting to get cold a little bit.

  • It's starting to get dark earlier in the evening.

  • It's staying dark for longer.

  • The number of daylight hours is shrinking by the day.

  • And I'm feeling it as I do every year, because the wintertime challenges me mentally.

  • Every year, like every year, I'm convinced I'll be able to be strong and not get affected by the changing of the season from summer to fall.

  • But every year, every year, I get hit by a little bit of seasonal depression.

  • It just happens.

  • Some years it's worse than other years.

  • This year, it's hitting me medium hard.

  • It's definitely hitting me.

  • Like, I can't stop sleeping.
