Chinese President Xi Jinping and Brazilian President Luis Ignacio Lula de Silva have pledged
to deepen bilateral cooperation and bring greater stability to an increasingly turbulent road.
During a phone conversation held on Monday, Xi Jinping said China and Brazil, as major members of the global south,
should work together to improve global governance, uphold fairness and justice, and strengthen cooperation within BRICS.
Lula said bilateral relations have continued to grow,
with the two-way trade reaching a new high and cooperation expanding across a wide range of sectors.
He expressed hope for closer collaboration with China in artificial intelligence, energy and mining,
and welcomed more Chinese investment in Brazil.
