Hi Intelligence Squared listeners.

We do hope you enjoy it.
Hello and welcome to this week's intelligence Squared podcast with me, Farah Jassat.
We're really excited this week to bring you an episode from season two of how I found my voice, presented by the BBC journalist Samira Ahmed, each week she interviews a high profile guest about their journey and influences that help them shape and find their voice.
This week we have Sir Michael Palin, the comedian, actor and traveler, perhaps best known for his legendary role in the Monty Python comedy group.
First time I ever stood up in public and did comedy was at the Oxford University Psychological Society Christmas party.
That was the geeky got it seemed a total disaster because we did our half hour in absolute silence.
But at the end someone came up, shook our hand warmly and said, that was very interesting.
