Okay, so what does this mean?
So we start the sentence with a preposition and this expression to sum up.
To sum up means to give you all of the key points together.
So you've been having a discussion with somebody about the attraction or otherwise of London to visit.
So you want to run over meaning to incorporate all of your thoughts and ideas together.
So you say, to sum up means to bring everything together.
To sum up, on the one hand, here's another good english expression that we use, and we use it many times when we're having discussion or debate.
On the one hand literally means on the one hand, giving one argument, and you usually follow it in another sentence later on, but on the other hand, okay, so a counter argument.
So on the one hand, so your positive thoughts, on the one hand, your negative thoughts.
