Opportunity.
Okay, so here are three specifications.
Equal opportunity, golden opportunity, or perfect opportunity.
There are many, many more.
See?
Can you think of a few of them?
So, equal opportunity, well, it's quite a common expression these days.
We look for equal opportunity for people of the same sex.
So the equal opportunity for men and women when they're applying for jobs, equal opportunity for people young age or old age.
So there's no discrimination.
So you often see an advertisement for jobs.
This is an equal opportunity workplace, means everybody has the same chance, or so they say.
So young or old, they cannot discriminate when you're applying for a job, male or female, they cannot discriminate when you are applying for the job.
Okay?
So an equal opportunity company, an equal opportunity government.
So governments around the world are making sure or ensuring that people have equal opportunity.
