  Well, we're going to talk a little bit about change.

  And when we're talking about change specifically, we're going to look at idioms about change.

  Okay, so these are expressions that you can use in your English.

  So I'll give you the idiom and then I'll give you a definition and hopefully a good example of it.

  Okay, so let's start with the first one.

  Break the mold.

  So, as I said, this is all about change.

  A mold mould is something that you make to create, you know, a piece of pottery or a piece of sculpture that you pour in your, your clay or whatever it is, to create the shape.

  So this is the mold.

  So when we say to break the mold, we want to change our lives.

  We want to change the way we do things.

  Yeah.

  So to break the mold, to destroy it, to completely change things.

  So we might have done things in a certain way for the last 10, 15, 20 years, but you decide you want to live life in a different, perhaps better way.
