11 分钟Hi there.
This is Harry, and welcome back to my podcast where I try to help you to get a better understanding of the english language practice and hopefully help you with your business English, your conversational English, using phrasal verbs, expressions, and a general understanding how English really, really works for you.
And of course, the important part of this is pronunciation.
And this is the second part of the th pronunciation.
If you remember from the previous podcast, we were concentrating on t.
T, yeah, tree.
And words like this.
So now it's time to look at th sounds.
And as always, if you enjoy this and you feel like your friends would enjoy it also, well, invite them along to listen and at the end, I'll give you the contact details.
Okay, so let's get cracking, as they say.
So, as I said, this is the second part of the pronunciation exercise dealing with the letter t.
And in particular, this time we want to concentrate on the th sounds.
And there are two actual sounds of th.
There's the th three.
Okay.
And th this.
Yeah, this and these.
So we have to be very, very careful about the exact sounds.
So if we want to make these th sounds, then we have to be very careful where we place our tongue.
Your tongue should touch the back of your teeth.
