15 分钟Hi there, everybody.
This is Harry.
And welcome back to my advanced english lessons, where we try to help you to get a better understanding of the english language, help you with phrasal, verbs, expressions, vocabulary, whatever it might be.
And before we start, I'd just like to remind you that you can listen to me on my podcast and you can download them on your favorite podcast app like Spotify.
And you can also watch me on my YouTube channel.
But remember to subscribe to the channel because it really, really helps.
And of course, if you or any of your friends or family members would like to have lessons on a one to one basis, then simply go to the webpage and book your try lesson with me.
And we try to help you to get through those all important job interviews.
Or it might simply just be conversation English.
So today's lesson is about advanced english idioms to describe a person or to describe people.
So I'll go through them as I always do in the line.
I have 15 of them today.
And then I'll come back and I'll give you some examples of them, and hopefully then you'll be able to understand exactly what they mean and who they might apply to as these all were people you might know, people in your life to whom these expressions apply.
Okay, so let's start.
Pain in the neck.
A party animal.
A big mouth.
Happy camper.
Jack of all trades.
Slave driver, down to earth.
