This is an advanced english lesson looking at phrasal verbs and looking at phrasal verbs with the verb come to come.
So as we've always said, phrasal verbs are quite common.
They're used in everyday, but they're always used with very simple verbs.
And in this case, it's the verb to come.
Now, some of these phrasal verbs are going to be two parts and some of them are going to be three parts.
So it's just an extra preposition.
So most phrasal verbs are verb plus preposition.
Some have verb plus two prepositions.
And it's really important because they give it a very different meaning.
For example, come down, that's a phrasal verb with one preposition.
But if I say come down with, there you have two prepositions down and with, but the meaning completely different.
So listen out as we go through each of these examples, and I'll set out and point out when there are two or when there are three part phrasal verbs.
Okay, so I said it's an advanced english lesson.
Looking at phrasal verbs with come, we've got 30 in total.
