So I hope you all had a good first month of the year, and I hope that you've all set language learning goals for yourself, and I hope you're achieving those goals so far.
I hope everything is going well with you in 2022.
All right.
Well, the topic for today's episode is stress.
So I know this isn't the funnest topic, but I think it's a topic that is very easy to talk about and is very useful to talk about, because as adults, we all have a lot of stress that we can deal with in our everyday lives.
And so it's important to talk about where stress comes from and how to deal with stress in our lives.
I think that this is a good topic for an episode.
