If you can already understand almost everything I'm saying in this podcast, and it's pretty easy for you and it doesn't cause you much difficulty and you don't really need to use the transcript a lot, then it's time for you to start using some advanced content in addition to this content.
You should still listen to this podcast, but you should also use some advanced content where the speaker is speaking fast at normal speed so that you can progress past this level and reach an advanced listening level.
So of course, this is why I release advanced episodes for my listening time family members, so that you can get that practice with advanced English with real English.
